About the event

Perimenopause and menopause are more than just “a phase”—they’re a powerful transition into a new season of strength, wisdom, and vitality. In this 4-week small-group workshop, Registered Nurse and women’s health coach Mandi Bruno will guide you through movement, mindset, and science-backed strategies for navigating midlife with confidence.


Each 75-minute session blends education with experiential practice—because knowing why is only half the story; feeling it in your body is where change begins. You’ll explore strength training, nourishing nutrition, slow flow yoga, and calming breathwork—all designed to help you lift, fuel, and ground yourself through the hormonal shifts of this stage.


As a bonus, participants will receive a special discount for Red Light Therapy and Contrast Therapy at The Collective Wellness Studio to further support recovery, mood, and energy.
