3 // Empowered Fire Flow

Turn up the heat – literally. This heated power yoga class (90–100°) is designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Through creative sequencing and breath-driven movement, you’ll sweat, challenge your edge, and leave feeling strong and unstoppable. This 60-minute practice is ideal for students seeking a vigorous, energizing yoga experience. Expect creative sequencing, breath-driven movement, and that good kind of sweat that feels like you’re rinsing out every ounce of stress. You’ll push past your comfort zone and encourage you to find your edge, fire up your whole body, and leave feeling clear, strong, and unstoppable.

4 // Primal Flow

A slow, fluid vinyasa yoga practice set in the heat, guided by breath and instinct. Inspired by the elements – earth, water, fire, and air – Primal Flow invites you to soften, surrender, and reconnect with your original rhythm. It’s yoga as moving meditation: grounding, expansive, and deeply restorative.

5 // S/M/B: Strength, Mobility & Balance

A strength and mobility class designed to improve your healthspan and functional fitness. Using a single dumbbell (or just your bodyweight), you’ll train strength, mobility, and balance in an accessible, yoga-inspired format. Expect strength sets, active mobility resets, and balance challenges that sharpen focus and stability. Beginner-friendly and adaptable for all ages and levels.

6 // Evening Candlelight Slow Flow

Slow down, soften, and soak it all in. Evening Candlelight Slow Flow is your EOD reset – an evening vinyasa yoga practice set to soft light, gentle music, and candle glow. This class moves at a slower pace with longer holds and intentional breathwork, offering stress relief and relaxation after a busy day. Expect to leave calm, centered, and restored. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking a grounding, restorative yoga experience.

7 // Hatha: Rise & Release

Ease into your day with mindful movement. This Hatha yoga class combines steady postures, grounding transitions, and intentional breathwork to create balance and energy for the day ahead. 8 // Gentle Foundations Flow

A beginner-friendly yoga class designed for new students, retirees, and anyone seeking a slower, more supported practice. With props, modifications, and guided alignment, you’ll learn the foundations of movement, breath, and posture. Expect a calm, encouraging environment that builds gentle strength, flexibility, and confidence.

9 // Flow Alchemy 

This isn’t your average flow — it’s a full-body awakening. Flow Alchemy is a hot, mixed-level vinyasa experience designed to challenge your edges and reignite your inner fire. Each class blends mindful movement, sculpt-inspired strength work, and creative sequencing that keeps your body guessing and your mind anchored in the present moment. Expect powerful transitions, deep core engagement, and moments of release woven through intention and rhythm. Every session is a remix — never the same, always intentional, always transformative.

10 // Hatha Flow Fusion

A dynamic take on Hatha yoga that blends grounding breathwork, joint mobility, core work, and flowing sequences. Heated or non-heated, this class balances stillness with motion and strength with softness. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more balanced than when you arrived.

11 // Sattva Sunrise Flow

Awaken with intention. This 60-minute heated vinyasa class (90-95°) channels the quiet clarity of early morning into strong, breath-driven movement. Expect fluid, energizing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and focus while cultivating steadiness and ease. You’ll leave feeling grounded, light, and ready to move through your day with clarity and confidence. Level 7-8 out of 10.

12 // Unplug & Recharge for Teens

Life as a teenager isn’t exactly a walk in the park – it’s more like a marathon through exams, social pressures, constant notifications, and “what’s next?” uncertainty. This class is your mid-week reset.


This yoga and mindfulness class is designed specifically for teens ages 14–18. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and stress-relief techniques, students learn practical tools to manage anxiety, boost focus, and build confidence. This supportive, non-judgmental class is led by a licensed social worker and experienced instructor. No experience required – just an open mind and a willingness to move.
